Am I gonna die?

I quickly learned how important it was for me to listen to my body.

The guidelines for how to keep others safe are also muddled.

Only recently did I begin to think about this recovery, as something that I cannot control.

I had to watch my father through a glass pass away alone.

Even as a young person, recovery from COVID-19 is not always easy and it's not always linear.

Over 200 days later, I am still not well.

We are enriched by our differences, not lessened or threatened by them.

I'm still looking for answers and researching to figure out how to eat, maintain my mental health, and just be.

I was a very physically active, social, healthy 22 year old before getting sick with Covid in March.

As a Covid survivor I want you to ‘get it’ now.

The future is unknown with Long Covid. Is this permanent or temporary? Will my son ever know the real me?

I had covid. I got it 100 days ago. But it didn’t just stop after the 14 day period. We are now called #longhaulers.

Relying on tests instead of patient symptom-reporting creates a litany of issues for the patient [and] society.

The virus has changed us all, but there are those of us who have gone through it and continue to suffer because of it.
